To book and confirm your stay at Snowy Mountains Farm Stay you will be required to make the full payment of your stay when making the booking. Once you have paid and confirmed your stay, we have a strict no refund policy. This includes Covid19 lockdowns.
Depending on availability we can waitlist you’re booking without payment security. Please understand that this booking is unsecured and can be sold without notice at any time.
On the day of your arrival your supplied credit card will be used to pre authorised your stay to the value of $150.00. Once your pre authorization has been approved you will be texted your check-in information. You will not be able to check-in unless you have confirmed your details over the phone. This property is remote and we ask that you communicate prior to leaving the Snowy River way due to phone reception. WIFI is available once you arrive at the property.
Where a 10% Goods and Services Tax applies. GST is included in the rate.
Check In time is after 2.00pm. We f will endeavour to have your room ready as soon as possible. Check Out time is 10.0 am. (Fees may apply for early check inn’s and late check out’s).
Management reserves the right to refuse / terminate guest’s accommodation when guests do not comply with Sinclair’s Accommodation Group guest rules.
Security cameras have been installed for your protection.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building, unless otherwise stated. We are committed to your safety and have installed smoke detectors in all the cabins and common areas. If you feel the need to smoke, please feel free to do so in the areas provided.

You must call 0244555444 or 0412071108 to secure your arrival info. We are remote and checking in after the sun has set will be a challenge and not easy.
